Marian has been a recruitment professional for over 22 years building on an extensive sales and marketing background, and a Business Management graduate.
Starting her career as a Consultant, she moved rapidly into management. Her industry knowledge is comprehensive. She has worked in major ‘high street’ agencies as well as in smaller, independent businesses. She has an invaluable insight into the industry meaning that she can offer advice and support to clients and candidates. She’s worked in a variety of sectors from Industrial to Education; Marian understands the demands and rewards of a recruitment career; what the client needs to drive success and what a candidate wants for career progression.
In 2006, she launched Mackenzie Brown. She sets the highest service standards; professionalism while maintaining confidentiality,working with integrity, yet, remaining approachable, friendly and supportive.
Marian is FIRP accredited and she is delighted to be driving of progressive, driven business, working with talented, interesting individuals; colleagues, clients and candidates. This business drive means that she is available to discuss recruitment needs whenever the client or candidate wish to call on her; evenings or weekends.
Louise is a Director and Consultant with over 20 years experience in the voluntary sector as a senior practitioner and Managing Director. Basically, people have always mattered! She is working with candidates sourcing opportunities on their behalf, supporting and guiding them at every point in the recruitment process.
