The main responsibilities of this role are -
To maximise sales and profit in the placement of permanent staff with client companies throughout the North East.
To carry out effective servicing and account management whilst growing the business desk through programmed sales resulting in client conversions.
Matching and exceeding client expectations by offering a reliable and responsive permanent recruitment service.
The role also requires the Consultant to develop and maintain an appropriate database of candidates ensuring compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards.
Other duties include -
Sales:
Undertaking sales activity to meet agreed personal and business objectives to generate gross profit and personal bonus.
To develop and maintain a profitable client base reflecting the quality expected in this recruitment agency and promoting the "Watertight Guarantee". Revisiting lapsed clients to identify current business opportunities. Canvas calls "speculatively selling" registered candidates to businesses of choice. Managing marketplanner and sales pipelines effectively focusing on conversions and return on investments.
Planning and Research:
Market research calls to prospect companies to identify use and current supply arrangements
Lead generation from information given by applicants at registration
Drive rounds to identify potential prospect clients
Candidate Registration:
Interviewing and registration of all new candidates, including all associated paperwork for eligibility to work
Administration and Compliance:
Log all activity using a recognised recruitment database
