A number of their consultants are members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and all provide a service that concentrates on getting to know candidates and clients and giving them the best possible advice. So a friendly, outgoing personality is a must, alongside the self-confidence to offer honest and impartial advice.

Experience or in-depth knowledge of one of their sectors of expertise is also obviously beneficial.

In return you'll enjoy a competitive salary, above market average commission, continuous development training programme supported by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and the opportunity for fast-track promotion.

They also employ an excellent team of administrative and secretarial staff. Good organisational and communication skills plus the ability to work as part of a team are what they look for.

Their Finance & Accountancy Division has been firmly established in Newcastle city centre for over 20 years. They possess an extensive database of accounting candidates, contacts and clients throughout the North East of England, managed on progressive industry leading recruitment software. They enjoy excellent candidate flow and are highly regarded within industry and chartered accountancy practice recruitment circles.

Recent re-focussing of business direction, re-organisation and re-branding has created the need to recruit a new business driver.

Ideally you will be:-

Able to retain a high level of personal motivation whilst enjoying an unprecedented level of autonomy;
A manager employed within a recognised accountancy recruitment specialist in North East England;
Able to motivate and manage a team of consultants whilst retaining a high level of personal fee earning responsibility;
Able to recruit and integrate new consultants into the team whilst managing diversification into new areas.
Desire, drive, passion and pride are among the qualities we expect, intelligence, professionalism, honesty and integrity are among those we respect.

Experienced consultants who fit the profile together with existing managers from a non-finance and accountancy background should also apply, all will be given consideration.
