You will be target-driven, will have the stamina to maintain and grow business, to develop working relationships with existing and new clients. You will have some knowledge of the commercial market. You will ideally have some knowledge of the local area. You will be able to create your own leads and follow them up to fruition. You will assist clients and candidates with their requirements. You will be a confident, sales-driven and money-motivated individual with the ambition and the desire to succeed. You will have outstanding negotiation and selling skills, polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills. You will be organised, computer literate and passionate about what you do.
