Job
Based in County Durham, this is an ideal position for individuals with previous recruitment experience looking for an opportunity to develop their career. Working within the Volume and Managed Accounts division, the remit will involve developing new business within either the industrial or construction sectors. Duties include business to business sales, recruitment and provision of temporary staff and account management. Senior consultants are expected to work independently within their field and offer support and guidance to consultants within the team.
Experience Required
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record in the recruitment industry, although people possessing specific industry knowledge and a developed entrepreneurial instinct will be considered.
Remuneration
In addition to the first class basic salary and commission they pay, they also offer excellent benefits and conditions, which include a contributory pension, private health, PHI, generous profit share and OTE £35,000 to £40,000. The salary quoted is basic only, and is completely negotiable dependent upon experience.Salary: £25,000.00 per annum |
