Job Based in County Durham, this is an ideal position for individuals with previous recruitment experience looking for an opportunity to develop their career. Working within the Specialist Recruitment division, the expectation of a Senior Consultant is to forge relationships, control processes and manage expectations. By nature of specialist recruitment, demand outweighs supply, and the key to success to be understood by clients and candidates to work hard, to become immersed in the given market, and quite simply to do the job well. There are opportunities within their Accountancy, HR & Sales, Technical Construction and Engineering teams. Senior consultants are expected to work independently within their field and offer support and guidance to consultants within the team.
Experience Required Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record in the recruitment industry, although people possessing specific industry knowledge and a developed entrepreneurial instinct will be considered.
Remuneration In addition to the first class basic salary and commission they pay, they also offer excellent benefits and conditions, which include a contributory pension, private health, PHI, generous profit share and OTE £35,000 to £40,000. The salary quoted is basic only, and is completely negotiable dependent upon experience. Salary: £22,500.00 per annum |
