Job
Based in County Durham, this is an ideal position for individuals looking to start a career in the recruitment industry. Working within either the Volume and Managed Accounts division or the Professional and Technical division, the remit will involve supplying temporary and permanent candidates within one of their 5 specialised sectors:
Accountancy and Finance
Office Support
Construction
Engineering
Industrial
Experience Required
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate confidence in interacting with a variety of people both over the telephone and in face to face meetings and should feel comfortable with and motivated by the need to make a high number of sales calls. The ability to manage a demanding workload, a natural sense of urgency and a desire to both meet and exceed customers’ expectations are crucial.
Remuneration
In addition to the first class basic salary and commission they pay, they also offer excellent benefits and conditions, which include a contributory pension, private health, PHI and generous profit share. The salary quoted is basic only, and is negotiable dependent upon experience. OTE £25,000 would be discussed at interview.
Salary: £18,000.00 per annum
