Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to identify and win new business, gain local market knowledge, develop/build strong relationships with candidates and clients which will result in exceeding their expectations and meeting targets.
Training
From day one of joining as a Recruitment Consultant you are encouraged to take ownership for your learning, you will agree a schedule for your learning with your line manager which will include a seven day induction training programme, which is REC accredited. You will learn the how, why and when of a Consultant relevant to the sector of the business that you will be operating in.
