Our client is expanding and looking to recruit a new Recruitment Consultant for their permanent team.

They have a dedicated, happy and professional team of high end recruitment consultants. They pride themselves in offering a buzzing and supportive working environment and plush modern offices in Gateshead. Their consultants benefit from an excellent basic salary of £20 – 25K, a company mobile phone, staff parking and quarterly company profit share. They also offer the opportunity for promotion to Senior Consultant within your first year, which carries a basic pay rise and added benefits. In addition to basic salary in return for your hard work and dedication, you will be invested in heavily by the company, who provide recruitment and sales specific training, along with personal development training. They believe that a happy and confident team produce better results, and realise the importance of investing in their staff on a personal level as well as professional. They believe in paying for quality and have a very generous and easy to follow bonus structure in place allowing their consultants to be in control of their earnings at all times.

Their consultancy is divided into two divisions Permanent and Temporaries each with its own operations manager – they are a fully established agency with a loyal client base and a number of key contracts in place. They currently employ 17 full time team members. Each division has its own administrator and resourcer and theirconsultants are given all the support that they need to bill high and earn more than they have in previous recruitment positions.
