Are you an experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step into Branch Management?

Our client will be opening an office in Sunderland in March. They are looking for an exceptional person who already has a proven track record within the commercial sector, ideally in Sunderland although success in this sector in other locations is just as important. The successful person will be entrepreneurial as this will be a new sector for our client.

You will be capable of developing both the business plus a team with the expectation of taking full responsibility of managing the Sunderland branch. This is a major development for their business and is key to their continued dramatic expansion plans.

Position


Due to branch development, they require a Commercial Temp and/or Perm Consultant based in the Sunderland Branch.
The role will include developing into the Branch Manager for the successful person
Offering a friendly professional environment in which to work, the role will involve all aspects of being a Commercial Consultant - including Sales, Service, Recruitment and Administration.
You will become part of an energetic and dynamic team, determined to further develop and grow the branch.

Requirements


You will already possess the required specific sector recruitment experience, ideally within a “High Street Branch” environment, although alternative sectors will be considered.
You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within the recruitment industry, and the ambition to maximise your career potential.
You will be sales minded and be a self starter with the relevant personal management skills to drive your desk forward.
