Our client is one of the leading Recruitment agencies in the Newcastle upon Tyne area, supplying experienced staff to the Blue Collar Industrial industry. They believe in building long-term partnerships with their clients, forming a lasting and durable bond with the Industrial market.

As part of their continuing growth they currently have a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The right candidate will have the ability to manage their own desk and must have the drive to build their own division. The role offers long-term career prospects for the right person and the excellent benefits that running your own division will bring.

You must be a pro-active self-starter, who is motivated and able to handle the 360 degree role of sourcing roles and providing the perfect matching candidates, as well as owning your own car and a driving licence.

You will join an office with a team who have been with the company for several years and are able to share their experience.

The role offers:

.    An excellent basic salary circa £20-25k depending upon experience
.    OTE circa £35k in your first year
