Our client is a successful and well-established Recruitment Consultancy with branches across the country.
As their business continues to grow with strong and regular results they are currently looking for an experienced Engineering or Construction Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Your role will be to recruit candidates for the either Construction or Engineering markets, in the Newcastle upon Tyne area, depending upon your experience.
The successful candidate will be:
. Sales driven
. Target oriented
. Able to present recruitment solution packages to new clients
. Able to pro-actively develop new business
. Able to use their strong account manager skills for management/development of existing client base
Ideally you will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Construction or Engineering markets, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
