They currently have a terrific opportunity within their Newcastle office for a motivated, talented and committed individual to work with Primary teachers and schools in their area, matching candidates and their working requirements to the right schools. Our client is offering an attractive basic salary, with an additional bonus scheme and a vibrant working atmosphere in a fast-moving environment. You will be required to have experience in recruitment, education or sales although having the correct attitude and approach is just as important. You will be joining and working alongside an established team, sourcing candidates and schools, undertaking candidate interviews, visiting schools and matching your clients' needs with a realistic business solution.
