Our client is a leading independent Recruitment agency with branches across the North East. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to lead one of their successful Education branches, either in the Tyne and Wear area or Teesside. The branches are currently operating above budget and our client is now looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager, preferably from an Education background, to build upon their success and drive the branch forward by expanding the relationships they have with existing clients. This is a hands-on role where you lead the team from the front. You will be working with a wide range of clients; schools, learning centres, LA's and school cluster groups, providing candidates on long and short term assignments. In your role you will provide leadership to the sales team, ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded, delivering on the overall company business plan and coordinating effectively with other Branch Managers. The Salary, Benefits and Rewards The basis salary is around £25-35,000 depending upon experience, with OTE of up to £45,000 in your first year, with pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday + birthday holiday, company car, blackberry and the additional benefits associated with a well established company.
