Our client is a nationwide Recruitment agency, with branches across the UK. They currently have an opportunity in their Newcastle branch for a Business Manager or experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step. Your role will be to: . Develop the business within the local area, by building upon relationships with new and existing clients and matching their recruitment needs with effective solutions. . Lead and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants with the branch. . Provide a first class service to your clients. The Salary, Benefits and Rewards The basis salary is up to £35,000 depending upon experience, with uncapped OTE, Car Allowance, 25 Days Holiday, Extensive Ongoing Training and Additional Benefits.
