They currently require a talented and ambitious Permanent Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm desk at their Durham office and act as an account manager for an elite number of prestigious clients. The role will be offered to an exceptional consultant who can demonstrate strong organisational skills and take a hands-on role. This is a key appointment within the organisation and the responsibilities of the role will be matched with an attractive basic salary of £23-28,000 per annum (depending upon experience), with £35,000 OTE in the first year, 9-5 hours and 22 holidays per year.
