They believe in an ethical approach to recruitment, not based on strict KPI targets, where the relationship with the client is paramount. Work with your clients to find the perfect candidate for the role. . Build upon your relationships with your clients by increasing their use of your service. . Work as part of the team towards maintaining a successful branch. Ideally you will be a Recruitment Consultant from an Educational background, though your attitude and individuality is also important. The Salary, Benefits and Rewards The basis salary is up to £20,000 depending upon experience, with a great commission structure, 20 days holiday and the opportunity to build upon your career in Educational recruitment.
