Your role will primarily to build upon the success of the branch in the Scientific and Medical industries by: . Developing the business by attracting new clients to use your services. . Establishing long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business for the future. . Working with decision makers, head hunting specific candidates and nurturing the placement until it is seen through to completion. Our client requires an experienced person from a professional background, with a proven track record as a resilient and competitive consultant. It is advantageous if you are from a Search & Selection background, though our client will consider graduates who also possess the right level of commitment and other attributes. The Salary, Benefits and Rewards The basis salary is up to £26,000 depending upon experience, with OTE of up to £50,000 in the first year, 20 days holiday per year and the additional benefits associated with a well established company.
