You will be expected to gain new business from your initiative and proactive sales. . You will need to assess new candidates and provide a first class service. The requirements are, that: . You can prove you have a record as a high biller at your current position. . You have experience, preferably as a Trades & Labour consultant, or in another white collar discipline. . You have the resources to develop and work towards set goals. . You are a team player. . You have the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. . You are committed to achieving results. The Benefits . An annual salary up to £25,000 per annum depending upon experience. . A car allowance . . Holidays are 21 per year plus stats, rising to 25. . Healthcare .
