Our client is a well respected and successful Recruitment Consultancy based in Northern England, highly regarded for their hands on approach and uniquely developed team. Their business is continuing to grow with strong and regular results and their expansion is on course with their projections for 2010. In the next few months they are seeking to expand their client base and deliver their distinctive brand of recruitment to Central Scotland.
To do this they are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team and set up a new branch in Scotland, recruiting for the Construction/Trades and Labour/Technical Engineering market.
Your role will be to:
. Set up a new section, developing business in the local area.
. Maximise the branch's sales and performance.
. Build relationships with new clients.
. Source and interview candidates.
. This could also potentially lead towards building your own team of consultants.
Ideally you will have experience as either a Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Billing Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is extremely sales-focused and is driven to succeed, with a pro-active approach to locating and targeting new business. The successful candidate must be up for the challenge of the Construction or Industrial recruitment market, with the flexibility to create and deliver results within deadlines.
You should possess these attributes:
. A proven track record in sales and business development.
