The Role Due to continuing growth our client is now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Newcastle and take the next step in their career. The right person will be sales driven, professional and thorough. Experience as a Perms Consultant is essential, as well as the ownership of a car and driving licence. This position involves client and candidate contact, interviewing and screening candidates, reference checking, marketing, and placement of professionals throughout the North East. The role is primarily to drive the agency by developing new business in the local area, building relationships with clients and initially placing candidates. The remuneration is: • A salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending upon your experience. • OTE of around £10,000 per annum in the first year depending upon your performance • A small, friendly and supportive team environment to work in • 25 holidays per year • Healthcare If you feel you have the necessary experience, apply today.
