Based in Glasgow, our client is a long established and well respected recruitment consultancy, with an in-depth knowledge of the market place and an enviable track record. Due to expansion they are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant or an Experienced Sales Person to work in the Constuction and Mechanical/ Engineering sector. Working alongside a busy team of consultants the successful candidate will be covering the Glasgow region, with the opportunity to generate immediate revenue, as well as many more potential clients to build relationships with.

This role will require solid commitment and the financial rewards that will result will beunrivalled by the competitors in the area.

The successful candidate will be

•           Sales driven

•           Target oriented

•           Able to present recruitment solution packages to new clients

•           Able to pro-actively develop new business

•           A strong account manager skills for management/development of existing client base

The Role

•           Working to monthly revenue and activity targets

•           Visiting clients to generate new business and service exisiting clients

•           Interviewing candidates

•           Writing CV’s and reference checking candidates

•           Matching candidates to vacancy specifications

 The Benefits

•           A basic salary of between 18,000 and 25,000k per annum

•           23 days holiday increasing to 25

•           Uncapped monthly commission

•           £25-35k OTE in first year
