Due to continued growth they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant, with at least 12-18 months experience, for their branch in County Durham. Your role will be to expand the agency's presence in the area, by developing new business within the region, building relationships with clients and maximising the potential of existing accounts. The role will suit a developer with a track record of success in the Technical Recruitment sector, who is able to work with flexibility to create and deliver results within deadlines. The role offers tremendous potential for any applicant looking for a long-term career in recruitment, with an outstanding basic annual salary of up to £35,000, high OTE in line with the basic salary, a car allowance, at least 20 holidays per year, rising with experience and healthcare after a qualifying period.
