Due to increased demand for their services they now have a rare and urgent opportunity for a SEN Education Recruitment Consultant in their Manchester branch. The role will involve providing recruitment solutions for SEN schools in the local area, forging long lasting relationships and increasing the company's prescence in the area. You will be involved in the full recruitment life cycle, with plenty of opportunities for you to benefit from working alongside one of the highest achieving teams in the region. The position has genuine promotional prospects for the career minded and those with a passion for sales. The role will focus on delivering superb levels of customer service and developing and growing the business by maximising the number of filled positions both long-term and day-to-day. The requirements: • Experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant, preferrably as an SEN Recruitment Consultant. • A strong team player • Target driven • Have a passion for education • Be quality driven and professional • Have exceptional communication skills • A track record of delivering outstanding customer service The remuneration: • The salary will be around £24-25,000 depending upon your experience. • The OTE is around £35000 open ended. • There will be other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
