Our client is one of the most respected and successful agencies based in the North East. Due to continued growth they are currently in the market for a recruitment consultant with at least 12-18 months experience in Technical/Engineering recruitment. In the next few months our client is seeking to expand their client base and to maintain the service they currently provide to their diverse client base. Your role will be to develop business in the local area, building relationships with new clients and sourcing and interviewing candidates. You should possess these attributes: • A proven track record in sales and business development. • The flexibility to create and deliver results within deadlines. • A pro-active approach to locating and targeting new business The role will be ideal for someone looking to run their desk with autonomy.
