Due to their ambitious plans to expand the business they are now looking to recruit a Finance Recruitment Consultant to build a presence in the finance market. Ideally you will have previous experience in this industry and will be degree educated, communicative, proactive and with a passion for sales. The right candidate should be: • A consultant with at least 18 months experience in this market. • Educated to degree level. • Skilled at building strong relationships. • Capable of influencing decision makers. • The ability to speak another language would be an advantage. The role: • Providing high value business solutions to independent and large organisations. • Placing Contract and Permanent positions across a broad range of businesses. • Sourcing and interviewing candidates. • Building a bespoke relationship with clients. • Reacting quickly to changing situations. The package: • The salary is expected start at £20-25,000, matched with experience. • The on target earnings are uncapped and lucrative. • Car or cash allowance. • Private health cover provided through BUPA, which will protect you and your immediate family. • Up to a 5% matched contribution for a pension scheme after 12 months’ service. • 25 days holiday per annum If you feel you have the necessary experience, apply today.
