So what does a recruitment consultant do? 

• Development and implementation of individual sales and marketing activity.
• Take responsibility for the service and sales of local companies.
• Constantly working towards individual targets.
• To consistently win new business through ongoing sales activity – i.e. Proactive cold sales, Sales Visits, Sales Drops,

Sales presentations.

• Gain market knowledge including competitor knowledge.
• Negotiation of fees.
• Identify, target, convert and maintain a client base that will enable the desk to achieve profitable growth in line with individual and branch targets.
• Understand and comply with branch, regional and company goals.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets as set by Business Manager.
• Consistently achieve and exceed all sales targets.
• You will have full autonomy to run your own business, but with the training, support and strong brand that comes along with working for the industry leader.

Person Specification...

The successful candidate will have the self-motivation, drive and ambition to be able to take on this responsibility to run your own business and a strong aptitude for negotiation and sales is a must.
• You will need to be highly committed and self-motivated, with a positive outlook.
• You will be passionate about delivering a world class service.
• You will need an excellent eye for detail.
• You will need to demonstrate strong client development and management skills, and enjoy building and nurturing business relationships.
