An excellent opportunity to work with a market leader in the provision of recruitment services to organisations in the North East.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary recruitment agency undergoing a well-planned, sustainable and award-winning growth strategy. Established for nearly twenty years, their success - with growth in turnover and profitability running at over 50% per annum - has been firmly founded upon the quality of their staff. With the sales activity geared towards two distinct markets, Specialist and Volume recruitment, their consultants strive to deliver a targeted, efficient service to all who deal with them, with the added luxury of first class operational support from the administration, payroll, credit control and IT teams. Based in either their Newcastle upon Tyne or Durham office, a superb opportunity has arisen through expansion to play a key part in the development of the Industrial branch. Having been established for two and half years, the business and the team have grown rapidly, with four consultants now working between the two sites. Initially the role will be to manage one of the sites, however an opportunity does exist for developing the position to cover both offices. Duties include strategic business development, account development, staff management and coaching, as well as ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the team. Our client expects the successful candidate to be working within the recruitment industry currently. You will need to be able to demonstrate success in key account business wins, possess a passion for developing and managing staff and have an honest and hard working approach to the job. In addition to the first class basic salary and commission, our client also offer excellent benefits and conditions, which include a car allowance, contributory pension, private health, PHI, generous profit share and OTE £50,000-£55,000. The salary quoted is basic, and is completely negotiable dependent upon experience.
