Our client is a leading Education Recruitment agency, with branches in every major city in
the UK. They are renowned for their fast and personal response to their clients' needs, by
supplying excellent candidates at competitive rates to Primary and Secondary schools across
the Birmingham and Midlands region.
To continually grow their business, they are now looking to recruit a professional and
motivated recruitment consultant to join their team as an Education Consultant. Your
role will require you to recruit for Secondary schools in the Birmingham area, developing
new contracts and developing a long lasting relationship with your clients.
You
will be joining a warm desk, with existing clients, requiring further business
development of established contracts as well as generating new business with new clients.
The role will require your own transport ror school visits, as well as a friendly approach
and professional manner. Experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant would be an
advantageous, though experience as a Recruitment Consultant in any sector is also acceptable,
as long as you are sales focused.
The role has an astounding annual salary of up to £24,000, as well as two levels of
commission for branch and individual performance. The package also includes private healthcare.
