Our client has an immediate vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Sheffield.

Our client is a large and expanding independent Education Recruitment agency, with a reputation as one of the outstanding employers to work for within the Sheffield area.

As part of their continuing growth they currently have a terrific opportunity within their Sheffield branch for an experienced, motivated and exceptional Recruitment Consultant to work with their team as a SEN and Primary Education Recruitment Consultant, matching qualified Teachers and Teaching Assistants with Primary schools in the Sheffield LEA.

Your role will involve developing your desk to include new schools as your regular clients, sourcing the best candidates and building long-term relationships.

You will be joining and working alongside an established team, sourcing candidates and schools, undertaking candidate interviews, visiting schools and matching your clients' needs with a realistic business solution.

  • A generous salary of up to £30,000 depending upon experience.
  • A commission structure with OTE of £40,000 in your first year.
