Engineering Recruitment Consultant - Middlesborough
Our client is looking for a recruitment consultant to join their Engineering Recruitment team.
Our client is a respected and prestigious independent company, based in the Middlesbrough area.
They now have a rare opportunity has arisen to become part of their exceptionally successful
and motivated team based in Teesside.
Your role will predominantly be centred on recruiting Engineering personnel for their major
clients, performing the full 360 recruitment role and managing a warm desk. You will need
experience of either the Engineering, Construction or Industrial sector and be familiar
with the market place, with ideally 1-3 years experience as an Engineering Recruitment
Consultant. You will also need a proven track record as a sales performer.
Our client offers a rewarding basic salary of up to £25,000 and will pay more if you
are qualified for a higher salary. On target earnings in the first year are £40-45,000.
A pension is provided after a qualifying period and holidays rise each year. The role provides
