Education Recruitment Consultant - Manchester
Our client has an immediate vacancy for two motivated Recruitment Consultants to join their team.
Our client is a leading national Education Recruitment agency based in Manchester, with a
reputation for investing in their consultants. They currently require
two professional consultants with vision to join their expanding business.
Your role will be to focus on building strong relationships with schools and teachers,
developing Partnership Agreements and promoting awareness of the company.
You will need to be a strong business developer, with a pro-active approach to making telephone and face-to-face sales.
With a structured career path and ongoing training, you will also receive a competitive
basic salary, circa £18-25,000, with on target earning circa £23-28,000 in your
first year. There is also healthcare after a qualifying period and the warmth of working in a small, friendly team.
A background in recruitment is essential, as well as the ability to drive.
