As part of their continuing growth in the Darlington and Durham region, they now have an
incredible opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a desire for Business
Development, to join their team.
Our client is looking for a business developer, who is confident in networking, motivated to
exceed targets, enjoys making client visits and has experience in either the Perms or
Technical, Engineering and Industrial sectors. The role will predominantly involve developing
new business, which will then be managed by Consultants, though the need to manage those new
contracts and clients may become more important as your role develops.
The role will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with a flair for spotting new
opportunities and selling the advantages of the company's services. A background in management
and filling Senior placements may also be an advantage.
