Our client is a leading engineering recruitment agency, who deliver bespoke
business solutions to the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industry, throughout the
UK and worldwide.
They now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Recruitment
Consultant, to join their thriving branch in the Newcastle upon Tyne and become a
member of their highly performing team. You role will be to take responsibility for a
HOT desk, with several well established clients.
You will advise clients on the best solutions for their permanent, contract and temporary
vacancies whilst expanding your client database through sales, proactive account development
and swift response to their requirements.
Our client would ideally like an experienced Consultant with a sound knowledge of the
market place, who can maximise the potential of the existing client accounts and continue
to provide a first class service. It is essential to have a knowledgeable background of
the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing markets, as well as the local area around
Newcastle, Tyneside and Gateshead.
In return you can expect to join a bustling office, receive a starting salary up to
£35,000 per annum depending upon experience, up to £50,000 OTE in your
first year, 25 days holiday, company pension and normal office working hours.
