Are you an experienced education consultant, with exceptional standards of care?
Our client is one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the region. They
focus on delivering exceptional standards of care and service to local nurseries,
schools and colleges, by offering a personal touch to their clients.
They look after the full educational life cycle, supplying Teachers, Lecturers, Classroom
assistants and Nursery nurses to the Nursery, Primary, Secondary, Special schools and Higher
Education environments.
Our client is looking for an experienced consultant with a good all round knowledge of the
education life cycle, or someone who can aspire to supplying the finest level of service.
The role will involve:
- Cold calling clients to find new vacancies.
- Actively promoting the consultancy by delivering a high level of sales and service.
- Repeatedly calling on existing clients.
- Interviewing, registering and referencing candidates.
- Constantly adapting and improving to stay at the top of their game.
- Working to government safety standards and ensuring candidates are fully checked and vetted.
The hours are between 7.30 - 5.30 on a shift basis, with reduced hours during the school
holidays.
The role is rewarding with a salary of £20-22,000 depending upon experience and reduced
hours during the school holidays.
