Our client has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
Our client is one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the region. They focus on delivering exceptional standards of care and service to local schools and believe in working with teachers to continually keep their agency at the head of the pack.
They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to join their team in Newcastle. The ideal person will have a strong sales ability and a commitment to winning new clients as part of developing the business. Ideally you will have a background in SEN or Primary education as a consultant.
The role will involve growing a warm desk, cold calling clients to find new vacancies, actively promoting the consultancy and constantly adapting and improving to stay at the top of your game.
Our client is offering an excellent package, with a starting salary of between £21-25,000, depending on the role, with plenty of incentives.
